Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from Happy Oak Pets. If something isn’t right, we will work to fix it.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have come into contact with pets for hygiene reasons (beds, grooming tools, feeding items), unless the item is defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified within 1–3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective items or if you simply prefer another variant.

  • Contact us to arrange an exchange and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive an incorrect, broken, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.
